These FAQs are for Phoenix Club members. If you received your access code from THE SPEED OF NOW store, your code was emailed to you. Please email umgstreamhelp@umgstores.com with any issues.

Where is my unique event code?
If you are a current Phoenix Club member, your unique event code is displayed on your user homepage when you’re logged in to your account. If you have any issues email: moderator@keithurban.net

Can I log into the livestream page with my Phoenix Club logins?
No. You will need to create a separate, unique profile to access the livestream event at https://live.keithurban.net/ville. Once you create your profile, you will then use the unique code found on your Phoenix Club user homepage to gain access to the event.

Why isn’t there an event code on my homepage? 
You must be a paying member of The ‘Ville: Phoenix Club to receive a unique code for this event.

I didn't get a code for the event. How can I attend?
This event is exclusive to all The 'Ville: Phoenix Club members and a very small group of Keith’s global fans. Quantities are limited on a first come, first serve basis until all codes have been distributed. If you are not a Ville member - get your code here while supplies last.

I just joined the Phoenix Club to ensure I get access to this event - what do I do? 
Once you've joined The 'Ville: Phoenix Club, you have immediate access to ALL online community benefits! Log in to the site and any exclusive content will automatically display on the pages of https://theville.keithurban.net. Your unique code for the livestream event will be displayed on your profile page when you are logged in. If you do not see your access code for the livestream, please email moderator@keithurban.net.

When can I tune in to the event?
The live broadcast of this event with Keith will be on September 2nd at 8PM EST / 7PM CT / 10AM AEST (September 3rd). If you are unable to attend the livestream broadcast on the 2nd, a re-broadcast will take place on September 3rd at 1PM EST / 12PM CT. This re-broadcast will not be live. If you plan to watch the re-airing, use your unique code at that time.

 I can't log into my Phoenix Club account. How do I change my password?
Try resetting your password when you are prompted to log in. Click ‘Forgot Password’ below the username and password boxes.
